ABOUT US

Hi, I'm Sarah Major, lover of paper and the person behind Happy Day Design. As a specialist print graphic designer, I launched Happy Day Design in 2015, to combine my love of paper with my passion to create beautiful designs. I'm lucky to live in a beautiful little village in Leicestershire, with a country garden that provides wonderful inspiration. In a world full of different people, my drive is always to make each client feel unique with designs either personalised or custom made for them.

It all began in 2013, when I, along with my two other best buds was tasked with the ultimate bridesmaid responsibility – arranging and accessorising the perfect Hen Do for our best friend. Our bride-to-be wasn’t the type to don a black and pink fluffy sash, but loved a top night out and had a particular love of bluey-greens. We were desperate to throw a fantastic celebration, with the perfect stationery and accessories to match, so after an Internet trawl with no suitable result, I decided I should design the personal Hen Party accessories she deserved. The result was a unique range of stationery including invitations, survival kits, maps, bunting and accessories that made the event truly unique.

Once the legendary weekend passed, friends and friends of friends asked about bespoke designs, and so Happy Day Design was born. I take great pride in producing personal stationery and prints at a fair price in a format that suits you.

Since then I have been pouring my heart and soul into creating designs that I believe will make your someone special smile, excite guests for your big day and generally spread a little happiness.

Launching Happy Day Design at the National Wedding Show 2015 - I was delighted to win Best Newcomer.
