These provisions set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the website whether as a guest or registered user. By using you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions then please do not use the Services or any part of them.

Happy Day Design products and services
All design, content & copyright is the intellectual property of Happy Day Design Ltd (www.happydaydesign.com), and may not be redistributed or resold by any third parties, visitors to www.happydaydesign.com or clients of Happy Day Design Ltd.
When using our products or services, you may not:
Upload any user submission that is libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful or plagiarized;
Infringe or violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property right;
Resell or redistribute any design or product offered by, downloaded or purchased from Happy Day Design Ltd (www.happydaydesign.com)
The design and personalisation of our products
Happy Day Design goods are personalised and made to the customer’s specification. When placing an order with Happy Day Design, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that all the information entered is correct, including swatch choices, format choices, spelling, grammar and layout. When you are happy to proceed with your order, we ask you to confirm that you have checked your order before placing an order.
Happy Day Design Ltd takes no responsibility for proof reading or correcting any spelling/grammar/punctuation or other errors and discrepancies within the information entered. Customers are solely responsible for all personalisation. Re-printing, returns, refunds, credit notes or any other form of compensation will not be issued on the basis of above such errors. Please check your order thoroughly and let us know in writing when it is approved, or if you need to make any alterations to text that are not the error of Happy Day Design Ltd, these alterations are chargeable. When you approve the digital proof of your order, we will commence with printing or sending you your digital file. Happy Day Design Ltd is unable to offer individual advice or guidance on wording, etiquette or any other variables relating to how website users may wish to personalise Happy Day Design products.

‘Print at home’ service
Should you use our ‘print at home’ service, please note that you are purchasing one digital file per product, which you are free to print as you wish for your own personal use. You are not entitled to use the product for commercial gain, which includes the sale of, or redistribution of that product.
Happy Day Design will accept no responsibility for any third party printing enquiries, complaints or issues. Happy Day Design Ltd is unable to assist with technical or other enquiries once you have received your digital file.
‘Print at home’ files specification and information:
A digital file will be sent to you set up as a print-ready PDF, this means the product is prepared for professional or home printing in CMYK format with a 3mm bleed area, the 3mm ‘bleed’ is a professional print requirement and enables each item to be trimmed down ensuring a professional finish.
PDF files are high resolution (300dpi) suitable for printing.
File sizes/dimensions are given in product descriptions in millimeters.
PDF files are intended for digital printing, and may not be suitable for lithographic printing.
Should you use our ‘digital’ service, please note that you are purchasing one digital file per product, which you are free to send via social media or email as you wish for your own personal use. You are not entitled to use the product for commercial gain, which includes the sale of, or redistribution of that product. Happy Day Design will accept no responsibility for any third party enquiries, complaints or issues in relation to the digital file. Happy Day Design Ltd is unable to assist with technical or other enquiries once you have received your digital file.
‘Digital’ files specification and information:
A digital file will be sent to you set up as an online JPEG, this means the product is prepared for online viewing only, in RGB format
JPEG files are low resolution (72dpi).
File sizes/dimensions are given in product descriptions in millimeters.
JPEG files are intended for digital viewing only and ARE NOT suitable for printing.
Should you use our ‘printed’ service, please note that you are purchasing a printed file that is delivered to one address. As with all print processes, exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed and colours display differently depending on which device or monitor the product is being viewed. Finished printed sizes are given in millimeters within product descriptions.
On the reverse of selected products, a small Happy Day Design logo and website address is printed.
Happy Day Design Ltd has carefully chosen a selection of high quality card & paper stocks to complement all the designs across product ranges. Details are given in product descriptions, alternative paper or card stocks are not available unless a bespoke item is ordered.
Happy Day Design Ltd. use a digital offset print processes to produce all products, excluding the silver foiled wallet/sleeve which is a specialist foiled finish. Other specialist or more traditional print methods, such as letterpress, lithographic printing and more are not available for personalised designs.
Happy Day Design Ltd offers delivery via courier at chargeable rates varying on product type, with the estimated delivery time of 5 working days. At this time, Happy Day Design Ltd does not offer shipping outside of the UK, although clients can order our ‘Print-at-home’ and ‘Digital’ service from anywhere in the world. All orders are shipped with recorded status, meaning parcels will require signing for at the destination.
Returns and refunds
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, Happy Day Design goods are personalised, bespoke or made to the customer’s specification and therefore unfortunately cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once ordered unless they are damaged in transit.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Please contact Happy Day Design within 2 days working days.
If you make an enquiry relating to an existing order, via our website or firstname.lastname@example.org email address, Happy Day Design commits to providing a written response within 4 working days.
Happy Day Design Ltd will endeavor to respond to all genuine enquiries but unfortunately this may not always be possible for communications received via social media platforms.
By creating an account with Happy Day Design Ltd your email address will be added to our email marketing list. These are occasional emails to share special offers, new ranges and competitions. Any emails sent will include an ‘opt out’ instruction and personal details will not be shared with any third party.
Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments
An e-mail notification breaking down the cost of your order will be sent when you make payment. If you believe there to be any mistakes please notify us immediately and we will correct this.
Making a complaint
We welcome any form of feedback to help us to improve the service we offer. We aim to offer clients the best possible customer service available. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us in writing by email to within 28 days of placing your order and we will respond in writing within 5 working days.

Happy Day Design Ltd shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods, any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods caused by any of the following events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control: Acts of God, flood, riots, fire, drought, war or legislation and failure by third parties to deliver goods.

This website may include unintentional inaccuracies or typographical errors, for which we apologise. Happy Day Design Ltd reserve the right to make changes in the products, prices and content described in this website at any time and without notice.

Happy Day Design Ltd shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or its contents. We endeavor to make our website uninterrupted and error free, but are reliant on our web server. Therefore, the online shopping service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Manufacturers or other manuals provided with our products should be read and followed carefully at all times. Any other information or advice given on this site is meant for guidance purposes only and purchasers must be responsible for determining whether such information or advice applies to their particular circumstances. Happy Day Design Ltd shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever incurred. Happy Day Design Ltds liability in respect of breach or non performance of any order shall be limited to the invoiced value to which the claim relates.
Goods are not tested or sold as fit for any particular purpose or for any use under any specific conditions.
This agreement between Happy Day Design Ltd and you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law and UK courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
